I know that using the Indian Clubs looks incredibly simple to do. But ask ANYONE who uses them and they will tell you that it's just the opposite. Indian Club training will benefit you on multiple levels including strength, coordination, cardiovascular capacity, neuroplasticity, and so much more. The next time you see someone using them ask to take them for a "test drive!"
