How much time are you wasting in the gym? Are you in the gym for hours doing cardio and weight training? Why?

There are a lot of reasons to keep your workouts short and intense, but that's not the norm. Most people spend a lot of time wandering around, checking their phone, taking selfies, and waiting on equipment.
