I've been training people in either the martial arts or strength for over four decades. I've heard every excuse that you can think of a hundred times. and lot of them a thousand times.
I've seen people invest thousands of dollars in gym memberships and they are still grossly out of shape and inherently sick.
I've seen people invest thousands of dollars in personal trainers who watch them on the treadmill and count their biceps curls for them.
I've also seen people, with only a kettlebell and a jump rope, get into phenomenal shape. Making major changes to their lean body mass, strength, and endurance.
The difference? Commitment and consistency. They didn't let the fact that they didn't have a gym full of equipment get in their way from making themselves stronger , healthier, and more resilient.
So... what's your story?
