The Kettlebell 02-hand Clean

The Kettlebell 02-hand Clean (KB2HC) is a powerful technique that is largely overlooked by Kettlebell users and trainers.

Most people view the 02-hand skillset with the kettlebell as being limited to Swings and Goblet Squats. Unfortunately, they are missing out on other very effective techniques that are both safe and effective.

Primarily, the KB2HC trains the following:

  • Efficient Backswing
  • Efficient trajectory of the Kettlebell
  • Efficient bracing under load
  • Efficient load management
  • Efficient Kettlebell recovery

We use the KB2HC a lot as part of our workouts. With an appropriate load, it can have a tremendous impact.
