When it comes to training there are lots of examples of too much. Heck, there are thousands of examples on YouTube and more are added every day. Most are associated with extreme exercises or massive fails while lifting. But why are there videos of successful training programs that allow you to move better, feel better, and live longer? It's because they would be boring as sin!!! Watching people doing moderately intense work, with reasonable loads, and excellent technique would  be a snooze-fest. But, and this important, while it might not be exciting and TikTok-worthy, it does work and it will work for decades to come.
