With that in mind, our goal is to make you strong, injury-free, and ready to take on anything life throws at you.
Don't confuse killing yourself in the gym in your twenties and thirties with any lasting benefits. If you are crushing it now, chances are you will be crushed in your fifties, sixties, and seventies.
Look at it this way: train today like you are going to live forever and you need to keep this machine in top form. Because forever is a long, long time...
