Maximizing the Force!

One of the unique characteristics is its ability to teach the user how to safely, efficiently, and effectively generate force. I don't think there is another tool out there that will help you fine tune this important attribute. One kettlebell is all it will take to make massive changes in how you move and feel. It won't matter if you are a soccer mom or a tier one SpecOp operator - you can learn and benefit from training with the kettlebell.

BTW - Jedi mind skills are not included with kettlebell training!
