One of the founding principles of our gym is to train with longevity in mind.

Not load.

Not time.

Not score.

Longevity and the improvement of your quality of life.

With that in mind, our goal is to make you strong, injury-free, and ready to take on anything life throws at you.

Don't confuse killing yourself in the gym in your twenties and thirties with any lasting benefits. If you are crushing it now, chances are you will be crushed in your fifties, sixties, and seventies.

Look at it this way: train today like you are going to live forever and you need to keep this machine in top form. Because forever is a long, long time...

Maximizing the Force!

One of the unique characteristics is its ability to teach the user how to safely, efficiently, and effectively generate force. I don't think there is another tool out there that will help you fine tune this important attribute. One kettlebell is all it will take to make massive changes in how you move and feel. It won't matter if you are a soccer mom or a tier one SpecOp operator - you can learn and benefit from training with the kettlebell.

BTW - Jedi mind skills are not included with kettlebell training!

Go All In!

You can't make positive changes in you life by going half-in.

It doesn't work in relationships.

It doesn't work with food.

It doesn't work with recovery.

If you really want to make change you have to go all in. No half-measures will get you where you really want to be.

Super Hero Strength

What does it take to be a Super Hero?

It takes working hard for something you believe in. It takes making sacrifices. It takes commitment and consistency.

You have everything that you need to be a Super Hero already within you.

Believe in yourself and that you can be better tomorrow.

Be willing to make sacrifices now in order to benefit from them tomorrow.

Understand that commitment and consistency are a super-power that you can harness.

If you are willing to do all three, then you will have everything you need to get Super Hero Strong!

The Minimum Effective Dose

When it comes to training there are lots of examples of too much. Heck, there are thousands of examples on YouTube and more are added every day. Most are associated with extreme exercises or massive fails while lifting. But why are there videos of successful training programs that allow you to move better, feel better, and live longer? It's because they would be boring as sin!!! Watching people doing moderately intense work, with reasonable loads, and excellent technique would  be a snooze-fest. But, and this important, while it might not be exciting and TikTok-worthy, it does work and it will work for decades to come.
