Updated CrossFit Koncepts Training Schedule

CFK KBThe CrossFit Koncepts daily training schedule is as follows (updated 01/21/2022):

NOTE: all classes are available remotely (via Zoom) at request. Also, Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

MORNING WORKOUTS

Tuesday and Thursday - 05:30 AM-06:30 AM

Saturday and Sunday - 09:00 AM-10:00 AM

MIDDAY WORKOUTS

Monday and Wednesday - 11:30 AM-12:30 PM

Friday - 12:30 PM-01:30 PM

EVENING WORKOUTS

Monday through Friday - 0530 PM-0630 PM

Tuesday and Thursday - 05:30 PM-06:30 PM


Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC) 02/13/22

Consider this an invitation to join us on February 13th, 2022 for a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification. 

The HKC is the FOUNDATION that all Kettlebell Techniques are built on. This hands-on, add-day training session, will give you everything you need to know in order to be able to use Kettlebells safely and effectively. Also, if you are worried about what you are going to learn, understand this: 100 percent of the information in the HKC can be used by nearly 100 percent of people, regardless of age, athletic ability, or experience.

As a matter of fact, the programming at CrossFit Koncepts is almost exclusively from the HKC and has been proven to be remarkably effective.

So, if you want to enhance your existing Kettlebell skills, especially if you are a Coach or Personal Trainer, or you just to learn how to use Kettlebells to enhance your at-home workouts, then this certification is for you!

Technique is the Alpha and the Omega. We are constantly striving to improve our athletes technique, strength. and mobility. While all three are closely aligned, the understanding of good, safe technique is in the forefront. There will never come a time that you will not be encouraged to slow down, unload a little weight, and work on your technique.

Contrast this with the mentality exhibited in other gyms. Go as fast as you can, do anything that looks like the technique, to get the best score. A pitiful and damaging practice. Your safety and longevity should NEVER be sacrificed to get a better score. NEVER!
