Sleep.
To some it is as easy and closing your eyes and drifting off into Slumberland.
For others it is a nightly struggle to get to sleep, stay asleep or get any sleep at all.
The number of people that are walking around with a serious sleep deficit is staggering and the number of deaths associated directly to the lack of sleep will make you pause.
Sleep is the bodies chance to process the previous day and prepare you for the next. But if you are having trouble sleeping, especially if it is due to caffeine or alcohol use, it is something you can control and readily fix.
