Russian Kettlebell Certification this Weekend!

We are hosting an RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) this weekend. This is an all-day training session on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With that in mind we are going to need to shuffle some classes around!

Here is the schedule for later this week:

09/15/17 (Friday)

  • 0500 am
  • 0600 am
  • 0530 pm

09/16/17 (Saturday)

  • 0730 am only

09/17/17 (Sunday)

  • 0730 am only
