I am hosting and teaching a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC) at my gym (CrossFit Koncepts) in Gaithersburg, Maryland on November 15, 2015. This is an all-day, hands-on training event that will give you an in-depth understanding of the three foundational techniques of Russian Kettlebells: The Swing, The Squat and the Turkish Get Up.
This is not just a overview but an intense look at these three exercises as well as how they can be used for strength and conditioning, mobility and movement prep, and for prehab and rehab. You will be training with other fitness professionals and trainers that are passionate about learning more than just the basics - they want to learn how to apply the basics and understand how they can work for them and their clients.
