CrossFit Koncepts is the oldest CrossFit gym in the area (0ver 15 years) and offers a unique Strength and Conditioning training experience. The gym is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland and is minutes from I-270, I-370, I-200, 355 and Shady Grove Road. We offer Kettlebell-centric CrossFit group classes, Russian Kettlebell instruction and certification, one-on-one personal training, and small group training.
