We will be having a free Intro to CrossFit / Kettlebells workout this Sunday (03/06/11) from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. You will learn about Russian Kettlebells, CrossFit and how our dynamic training environment and methodology will get you into the best shape of your life - GUARANTEED.
We'll take you through a brief warm-up comprised of the Kettlebell and bodyweight skills that will prep you for the workout ahead. Then we'll take you through the skills you will need to perform the workout. Once that is out of the way you'll get your first taste of what a Kettlebell and CrossFit workout is like. By the time you're done with the workout you'll know why CrossFit Koncepts is the only choice for you!
