"Bullseye" is one of those workouts that looks easy on paper but proves to be devasting in execution! The workout protocol is as follows:
BULLSEYE
- 02 Double KB Swings
- 02 Double KB Cleans
- 02 Double KB Squats
- 02 Double KB Push Press
- 02 Double KB Snatch
Protocols
- AMRAP in 22 Minutes
- 53# KB for Men and 35# KB for Women
- Score one point for each completed cycle
- Do not put KB's down until completion of each cycle
