As part of the CK-FMS I was introduced to a lot of material on how to help improve and enhance an athletes abilities. One of the most powerful things I experienced is how effective the simple foam roller is in loosening tight, sore muscles and improving range of motion. The following video shows a simple foam roller progression that you should consider doing before or after your workouts - you will feel the difference!
