The Sit-out

The Sit-out is one of our foundational bodyweight skills that we do at CrossFit Koncepts. It's a perfect blend of coordination, strength, timing and conditioning. While it looks easy to do it will challenge you on a lot of levels. Be sure to hit 90 degrees on every sit-out and protect your knees by keeping them perfectly aligned throughout the transitional phase of this exercise. Enjoy!
