The Burpee From Hell

I was giving a Kettlebell workshop at the Marine Corps base in Quantico, VA when one of the Marines asked me what bodyweight exercise I would do if I had limited space and needed to keep up my strength and anaerobic conditioning? Well... that would be the Burpee From Hell! Nothing is going to hit you from head to toe like this one as well as making you want to hack up a fur-ball. BTW - your gut will feel like it was used as a punching bag the next day from this one!
