I'm always looking for new ways to make workouts fun (as in functional) and exciting. Enter the Kettlebell Burpee Snatch! It's a great way to develop extreme endurance, strength and tenacity. The video below will give you an idea as to how they are done but I've got to warn you - if you land on the kettlebell with your "privates" you are not going to be happy! BTW - that is a 70 lbs Kettlebell!
