We Can Do This!

I've been thinking about putting together a highlihght reel for CrossFit Koncepts for some time now.  I've talked to a couple people and even have someone who can shoot and edit the thing.  My biggest concern is if it will accurately represent who we are and what we do.  Take a look at the video below and let me know what you think... and if you would be interested in "starring" in a video for CrossFit Koncepts!



"Bullseye" is one of those workouts that looks easy on paper but proves to be devasting in execution!  The workout protocol is as follows:


  • 02 Double KB Swings
  • 02 Double KB Cleans
  • 02 Double KB Squats
  • 02 Double KB Push Press
  • 02 Double KB Snatch


  • AMRAP in 22 Minutes
  • 53# KB for Men and 35# KB for Women
  • Score one point for each completed cycle
  • Do not put KB's down until completion of each cycle
